Getting My first credit Card?

I am a 15 year old female & im about to tuen 16 this month on the 14th.....i applied for a credit card from orchard bank The last wee of april & when i was done with the application it said something like it takes 14 days 2 process what is that all about btw o had to put my Date Of Birth & Also my social security number...The only thing i put that was wrong was the year i was born i was really born 95 but i put 90 i think or 93 can that mess me up btw my mother told me to put an incorrect year
