the amount they are suing you for in the summons is most likely correct. They charge you for the debts not paid, late fees, all this other B.S. too bad it wasn't able to be settled in collections, probably could have paid a lot less. Well you can't pay what you don't have but a court ordered payment plan might be issued i.e. wage garnishment. Orchard Bank is pure evil. I had an account with them once and paid it off and closed it due to their outrageous fees and horrid customer service. You still have a fighting chance but they are going to want the whole thing, offer a cheaper settlement in full and you might be okay. Good luck
