I passed out today at the mall when i wasn't feeling well and i fell on my face now im bruised :(?

My mouth is killing me because it hurts so bad and i have an ugly red-ish colored bruise under my right eye! It looks horrible i cant even try hiding it with makeup because it hurts so bad. PLEASE me, what can i do to heal the bruise and make it go away as soon as posssible?? How long do you think it will take to go away??
